Description
Schluter-KERDI is a flexible, bonded waterproofing and vapor barrier membrane that can be installed directly over tile. It is ideal for tiled showers, bathtub surrounds, residential steam showers, and other wet area tile installations.
- Polyethylene Sheet Waterproofing and Vapor Barrier
- Prevents water infiltration that can lead to mold and mildew
- Composed of a central layer of modified polyethylene (PEVA)
- Covered on both sides with a non-woven felt that allows anchoring in the cement-glue
- Ideal for waterproofing wall and floor surfaces to be tiled
- Features an 8 mil thickness
- which ensures a uniform thickness of the assembly
- 6′ 7″ (2 meter) wide roll covers a wall surface from floor to standard showerhead height
